Add-on Wireless Temperature Sensor

Why is a bit of kit that provides so little function so expensive? Fortunately had a 40% discount code. At £45 still expensive.

I have no issues with the functionality or features but for what it is, a wireless temperature sensor, it is very overpriced

Got one of these as we have built an extension, which has multiple radiators. The temperature sensor allows you to place it where you want so that the temperature is right in the part of the room you use the most

This is good for controlling more than one radiator in the room, but it does make the temperature sensor part of the TADO TRV’s pointless. Why doesn’t TADO do a smart valve that is only a slave to these controllers as they’d be cheaper?
