Looking at installing these at my wife's parents but came across comments that you have been carrying out "psychological experiments" on customers that appear from the outside to being testing to move the thermostats to a subscription model. The thermostats come with a 10 year warranty, will the software be free for that period or are we looking at more expense that my children's grandparents can't afford?

I have been using Tado for years on my oil fired system. Recently we won a grant to go to an Air Source Heat Pump. Although the Tado system cannot control the Ideal Halo system, it does still work controlling the Rad Heads. This is making for a very controlled system.

These were very easy to fit in to the radiators in our home that had thermostatic valves already. Pairing to the rest of the Tado system read quick and easy too.
