We bought the Tado v3 starter kit with an additional wired thermostat for zone 2 heating. The kit all looks fantastic, very sleek and clean lines. The app is great and gives you helpful install instructions but even having entered our old system, there were no real clear instructions on wiring. And it took days for tech support to respond via email which didn’t help!
However, after a bunch of searches online and seeing other peoples photos and explanations - and a bit of risk taking - I finally figured out the wiring and the system fired up perfectly first time!
Controlling the heating & water through the app is effortless and we’ve also integrated it into both Alexa & Apple HomeKit so we can control everything via our Alexas dotted around the house, our iPhones with Siri and even our Apple TVs which is brilliant!
Loving the system overall and super happy with our decision to get it. It’s a shame it’s let down by the installation instructions but otherwise, it’s brilliant and I’d highly recommend it!

We have been really impressed with our tado so far. It was really easy to fit following the very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting a wireless thermostat.

Good value WiFi heating control kit which is easy to install if you follow the video instructions on the app. It’s great to have more control over heating especially when we are out.

I replaced our Honeywell boiler and hot water controls with a Tado device. The product is sleek and well made, the self installation instructions are really clear and helped me do some basic electrical wiring myself (i've only ever wired a plug before). The app and thermostat work really well and we've been able to start saving money on our heating plus the extra benefit of warming the house up on our drive home from visiting family over Christmas. Really happy with the product.
