Add-on - tado° Smart Radiator Thermostat Basic - Quattro Pack for Multi-Room Control

Tado had a promotion on for the 4 pack of valves.
Added to my system handy for the rooms we do not use the often.
Very easy to install one took a couple of goes to set up but all working fine .

Do not recommend, tado are “experimenting” with a monthly subscription to use even the basic features you’ve paid for.

Bought 4 basic wireless thermostats for my system fairly easy to set up, after set up just needed to monitor them for about a week to get the correct temps at the right times in the four rooms I fitted them. Good bit of kit I would recommend

My house is a mish-mash of radiators and fittings. I was able to easily add these, thanks to the various adapters in the kit. Setup was simple and immensely satisfying!

I have been wanting to add the thermostats to my Tado system for a while, and the Christmas sales gave me the excuse!

In the box were the four thermostats and adapters to fit a variety of radiator valves.

The thermostats fitted straight onto my existing valves without the need for the adapters.

Installation consists of screwing the connector onto the rad valve and then removing the plastic battery cover slip. Then, onto the Tado app to add the device to the system.

Once the device is registered, the app gives the necessary instructions to complete the set up - in all, it takes about 5 minutes per valve! No tools, no hassle!

Now the Tado app shows the various rooms on the home page and you can set up the schedule according to your needs.

It's been running for about 3 weeks now, and works perfectly! I can now control the heat in various rooms, not just from the room thermostat.

Very pleased, and when we get round to changing the last 3 radiators, they will get Smart Thermostats as well!
