Easy installation

On opening the products and reading the instructions I found the install fairly easy ,
Even changing the wires from the old programer ,as yet not tried the scheduling but all seems to work ok .

Installation requires experience

My son and I attempted to install all the equipment but the instructions were a little misleading. Found it necessary to find an installer which was a little expensive.

The best system, but poor wall unit

No regrets - this system, although the most expensive, is the best out there and self-install was well directed and pleasant. The app is good and it’s great to have a web app too and integrations. Early Start is exactly what I hoped it’d be. The graph is great too- but really needs a legend! Only wrong note is that the wall unit is nearly useless - it doesn’t display the current temperature unless you change it and even then only for a second, and offers almost no control of the system. Better if they just called it a sensor and scrapped the display. Competitors offer complete control over routines via the wall unit; this halfway house seems not to be discreet enough to be invisible nor functional enough to justify its presence.
